Documentation in.
Estimate pack out.
Four steps from DA-stage plans to a detailed construction cost estimate. No takeoff software, no manual measuring, no lock-in.
- Plans in, pack out
- Measured, not templated
- Delivered in <3 hours

From plans to a pack you can act on
The same starting point as a human estimator — your plans — and a builder-ready output under 3 hours later.
- 01
Upload your plans
Send your DA-stage architectural plans. No NatHERS certificate required — plans only.
- 02
Completeness check
We confirm the drawings give us what we need and flag anything missing before we price.
- 03
We measure & price
Quantities are measured from your CAD where available, or directly from the plans — never from templates.
- 04
Review, edit & download
Open your interactive dashboard, adjust rates and quantities live, then download the report, BOQ and subbie packs.
Upload your documentation
DA-stage architectural plans (floor plans and elevations) are required. NatHERS and BASIX certificates are not required but significantly improve accuracy when included. Structural, geotechnical, electrical, hydraulic, landscape, joinery and finishes documentation further tighten pricing.

We confirm the pack before you pay
EstiFlow checks the documentation before payment so you know whether it is strong enough to proceed, and where more information will improve pricing.

We measure everything
You give us the plan pack. We measure, group and cost the job — from your CAD where available, or directly from the plans — into outputs a builder can actually use. Quantities are measured, never templated.
