We read your architectural plans, measure quantities across 30+ trades, and produce a complete automated estimating pack: a Cost Estimate Report with executive summary, indicative construction programme, and trade-by-trade cost breakdown, plus an editable BOQ workbook with 200+ costed line items.

We are not a registered, certified or licensed quantity surveying practice, and we're not here to replace qualified Quantity Surveyors. Builders use EstiFlow alongside their QS for DA-stage cost estimates, variation checks, and tender-stage costing where speed matters. EstiFlow complements professional estimating services by giving builders a fast, evidence-backed starting point.

EstiFlow was founded by Pavlo Hanna, who built the estimating engine from the ground up after watching builders lose days — and deals — waiting on cost certainty. The conviction was simple: the judgement a senior estimator brings to a set of plans can be paired with software that never tires of measuring, so builders get a number they can stand behind, same day.

The result is a pipeline that reads DA-stage plans the way an estimator would: classify the drawings, measure every trade, price against current Australian rate cards, and surface every assumption as a provisional sum or RFI rather than burying it. Nothing is templated. Nothing is hidden.

EstiFlow is run lean and product-led, working directly with the builders and developers who use it — so the roadmap is shaped by real tender-stage problems, not feature checklists.

You upload your documentation. DA-stage architectural plans (floor plans and elevations) are required. NatHERS and BASIX certificates improve accuracy when included. Structural drawings, geotechnical reports, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, landscape, joinery, and finishes documentation further tighten pricing.

EstiFlow then measures, groups and costs the job into a builder-ready workbook and estimate report. No takeoff software to learn. No onscreen measuring. Just outputs your team can review and edit.
