Our Mission
Traditional quantity surveying is manual, expensive, and slow. A single residential estimate can take 5–10 business days and cost $1,500–$5,000+. For volume builders tendering on multiple projects each month, that cost and delay adds up fast.
EstiFlow was created to change that. We are not a registered or certified quantity surveying practice, and we're not here to replace qualified Quantity Surveyors. Builders use EstiFlow alongside their QS for DA-stage cost estimates, variation checks, and tender-stage costing where speed matters. You upload your documentation. DA-stage architectural plans (floor plans and elevations) are required. NatHERS and BASIX certificates improve accuracy when included. Structural drawings, geotechnical reports, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, landscape, joinery, and finishes documentation further tighten pricing.
