A tender-grade construction Scope of Works defines each package's inclusions, exclusions, interfaces, quality expectations, documentation basis and pricing assumptions. EstiFlow includes this per-package scope on every commercial tier, and offers a residential SOW add-on for A$99 including GST.
The Scope of Works is not a separate custom report. It is the package-level scope that travels with the cost report, BOQ and subcontractor packs so a trade can price without guessing.

It sets the package boundary, documents the inclusions and exclusions, calls out interfaces with adjacent trades, identifies required quality or compliance information and explains the assumptions a subcontractor needs to price.
Yes. The tender-grade Scope of Works is included on every commercial tier. It is not called free and it is not a separate paid line.
Residential customers can purchase the Scope of Works as a separate A$99 inc GST add-on. It remains distinct from the commercial inclusion and is shown on pricing and feature surfaces.
Send PDF, IFC, DWG, SketchUp or LandXML as supplied. These are inputs we use to prepare the report, BOQ, subcontractor packs and Scope of Works.
Documents, models, rates and margins remain private, are not shared with other customers, and are not used to train public or shared AI models.
Commercial and other eligible projects are typically delivered within two business days.
