How we maintain accuracy
Estimates are benchmarked against independent construction cost references and sample professional reports for residential projects. Rates are sourced from established Australian construction cost references, updated quarterly — a practical estimating pack builders can consume immediately and refine with their own pricing.
Better plan packs produce tighter outputs. Missing information does not get hidden: it appears as provisional content or RFIs so the builder can see where risk still sits.
