Evidence and decisions
Review the available drawings, model files, design maturity and unresolved inputs so the estimate’s assumptions and boundaries are clear.
Deliverables and timing
Agree the report, BOQ, procurement scope, fee and delivery programme before work starts. Major-project timing is confirmed with your quote.
