Yes. EstiFlow supports residential builders Australia-wide, including metro and regional projects. Sydney is our base, but the estimate pack is delivered online from your uploaded plans.

Is this construction estimating software?

How fast is turnaround?

Most standard residential jobs are returned in under 3 hours after payment and document upload. Complex or incomplete projects may need clarification before final pricing.

Do I need NatHERS, BASIX or engineering drawings?

No. DA-stage architectural plans are enough to start. NatHERS, BASIX, structural, geotech, services, finishes and landscape documents help tighten the estimate.

Is EstiFlow a licensed quantity surveyor?

No. EstiFlow provides automated construction estimating outputs to support builder decision-making. It does not replace a registered, certified or licensed quantity surveying report where one is required.

What happens if the first estimate is not useful?
