Estimate transparency

What you can check in an EstiFlow estimate

The delivered report and BOQ keep quantities, rates, trade coverage, assumptions, exclusions, provisional items and document conflicts visible. This is an EstiFlow construction estimate, not external QS certification.

You can see what was measured, what remains provisional, which document governed and what should be confirmed before tender or pricing reliance.

Measured, provisional, excluded and RFI scope stays distinct

What can I verify?

The report and BOQ show quantities, trade coverage, rates, assumptions, exclusions and provisional sums so the cost position can be checked against the supplied documents and market quotes.

What if the model and drawings disagree?

Issued drawings govern material conflicts. The conflict and its effect are disclosed rather than silently choosing one source.

What does the 4.4% comparison prove?

It is one blind comparison on one project. It is not an accuracy guarantee, a market-wide claim or evidence of external QS certification.
