No. Send an IFC, DWG, SketchUp or LandXML file as supplied, together with the issued drawing set. EstiFlow reads the available model information and uses the drawing set to validate geometry, scope and conflicts.

Yes — EstiFlow can prepare a construction estimate from an IFC model, but the model is reconciled against the issued drawings and schedules. Issued drawings govern material conflicts, every document-derived line cites its source, and assumptions remain visible in the delivered pack.
Send the files you already have. There is no EstiFlow-specific export preparation step, and the delivered estimate keeps the model and drawing basis clear for tender review.

What happens when the model and drawings disagree?
Issued drawings govern. The estimate records the material conflict, applies the governing source and discloses the assumption or unresolved item so the builder can decide what to confirm.
What does line provenance look like?
A BOQ line states the method and basis used. A document-derived line cites the relevant drawing, schedule or model source; allowance and provisional lines explain why they are not fully measured.
