Subcontractor pricing packs
Subcontractor packs, ready to send for quoting.
One pack per trade. Measured quantities, plan extracts, scope notes — formatted so your subbies can quote without coming back with twenty questions.
Per-trade, properly scoped
One pack per trade — concrete, framing, electrical, plumbing, and more. Scope of work + measured quantities + relevant plan extracts.
Quote-ready format
Designed for subbies to fill in rate + total. No interpretation, no measurement work on their end.
Apples-to-apples comparison
Every subbie quotes off the same pack, so their submissions are directly comparable when they come back.
What you actually get
A folder of trade packs — typically 10 to 15 trades per project — each ready to issue to the subbies on your list. Scope, measured quantities, plan extracts, all in one place.
- One PDF/Excel pack per trade — typically 10-15 trades per project
- Scope of work narrative for each trade
- Measured quantities per cost code
- Relevant plan extracts (architectural + structural where appropriate)
- Notes on inclusions / exclusions / interface assumptions
- Editable so you can adjust before sending
- Standard issuance instructions footer (return-by date, format expectations)
How it works
Step 01
Upload your plans
Same set used for takeoff, BOQ and cost report. No re-submission needed if you already have those.
Step 02
We generate per-trade packs
Quantities measured, scope written, plan extracts attached. Usually returned the same day.
Step 03
You issue them to your subbies
They quote off identical packs. You compare submissions apples-to-apples when they return.
Frequently asked questions
How many trade packs do I get per project?
Typically 10-15, depending on project scope. Standard residential coverage includes: site prep, concrete, framing, roofing, cladding, windows/doors, plumbing, electrical, plaster, painting, joinery, and tiling at minimum.
Are the packs editable?
Yes — Excel + PDF formats. Adjust scope notes, swap inclusions, change quantities before issuing.
Can I use my own subbie list?
Of course. The packs are issued by you, to your trades. We do not intermediate the supplier relationship.
Will my subbies know it is a generated pack?
They will see a properly scoped, measured pack — same as one your in-house estimator would produce. If you white-label (named-customer engagement), it carries your branding and voice throughout.
Can subbies submit their quotes back through EstiFlow?
Not currently — quote return-in stays with your existing process (email, your CRM, etc.). EstiFlow generates the outbound pack; tender management stays with you.
What if a trade scope is unclear?
The pack calls out specifically what is unclear and what is assumed. Subbies see the assumptions before they price, so their quote reflects what was actually asked.
