I used EstiFlow for a second opinion on a $1.7M alterations and additions project in Bronte. What came back genuinely surprised me — far more comprehensive than the other platforms I've tried, and the price landed almost exactly where my own tender pricing was. It picked up the conflicts buried in my consultants' documents and priced the risks honestly instead of glossing over them. I've already passed EstiFlow on to other builders.
We sent EstiFlow a full construction pack for a major industrial project at funding stage — no contractor rates to lean on and a client waiting on numbers. What came back was a seriously detailed estimate with a clear base-versus-options comparison we could put straight in front of our client, and it landed right where the project needed to be. The trade breakdowns and the decision schedule were beyond what I expected from any estimating service. We'll be using EstiFlow on our major projects from here.

We do remedial work, so waterproofing is where jobs get won or lost — and it's the scope everyone under-measures. I had EstiFlow price a duplex and it came back with the full extent of the waterproofing quantified properly, line by line, not a lump sum with a guess in it. That's the part I'd normally spend a night working out myself.

Sent the plans for a triplex through and got back every trade broken out. It picked up a couple of things I'd have had to go back and add if I'd priced it myself.
A QS quote used to cost me over a grand and take a week or two. This came back the same afternoon for a fraction of that, and the numbers stacked up well against what I'd normally pay.
We used it to build the estimate for a commercial tender across multiple sites. The format was clean enough to put in front of the client without reworking it, and the trade breakdown gave us confidence in the number. Turnaround was the standout.

How quickly will it arrive?
Residential estimates and trade packs are typically delivered the same business day once payment and the complete document set are confirmed. Commercial estimates take two business days. Major-project timing is agreed with the scope.
What plans should I send?
Send the latest issued drawings and all available engineering, specifications, schedules and site information. PDF, IFC, DWG, SketchUp and LandXML are supported. Issued drawings govern material conflicts.
Do I need a call or a subscription?
No. Choose your project type and order online. You pay per job, with no subscription. If you need help choosing the scope, request a callback from Pavlo.
Can I use my own rates?
Yes. Review the quantities and enter your supplier and subcontractor rates in the editable workbook. You remain in control of your final quote.
Is this a certified QS report?
EstiFlow provides automated construction estimating outputs to support builder decision-making. It does not replace a registered, certified or licensed quantity surveying report where one is required.
