The current ladder is A$1,099 including GST for a genuine existing-shell fitout, A$1,490 Small, A$1,990 Mid and A$2,499 Large. Each is a one-time per-job price.

How the guidance bands work

Small is generally under A$3M, with area and unit guidance by project class. Mid is generally A$3M–under A$8M. Large is generally A$8M–under A$25M. The selector shows its reasoning and customers can override the suggestion.

When is a quote required?

A construction value of at least A$25M, eight or more above-ground storeys or more than one building returns Request a quote. The same path is available for a genuinely uncertain scope that needs founder review.
